Pushing the boundaries for sustainable electrification

Nexans Switzerland organized the first transport of an 3.80 m diameter cable drum by electric truck. The 150 kV HV cable of 525m, weighing 14 tons, represents an overall transport of 45 tons, transported in a 100% electric truck. Total CO2 saving = 425 kg.
