Main applications
FiberArt modules are used to optimize management and routing of optical fibres in the physical network.
Apart from the basic function which is to make splice type connections of optical fibres, the module can also:
- individually manage fibres,
- route fibres to the different splicing trays,
- manage uncut fibres "in waiting" in mid-span cable configurations, or in double ring connections.
The module is sufficiently compact to be integrated into all interconnection systems developed by Nexans, between
main exchanges and the subscriber access.
